    We build long-lasting relationships with our suppliers and strive to offer a transparent look into the process. We partner with world-class manufacturers around the world in countries such as Vietnam, Portugal, Bangladesh, India and China, sourcing skills and raw materials that are locally available. We care about socially responsible business practices and working conditions throughout our supply chain and rigorously vet all our manufacturers to ensure the highest standards of quality for our products, which includes applicable certification checks.

    We have designed our products to be enjoyed for many years. Therefore, we encourage our customers to treat their pieces with care and consideration.   • Can I include a gift note with my order? Do you offer gift wrapping?

    Yes, we can include a gift note at checkout. Pricing information will not be included. We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.

  • How can I modify or cancel my order?

    To change or cancel orders (address changes, item changes, cancellation requests), contact us immediately. Customers have a 12-hour window after placing an order to request a change or cancellation. Email with your order number. Due to our fast processing/fulfillment times, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that an order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. If you are unable to cancel your order, please return any unwanted items once you receive them.


  • When will my order ship?

    In stock merchandise normally ships within 24-72 hours after an order has been placed, during normal business hours. Backordered items have different estimated ship dates that are listed on the product information page. Please refer to your order confirmation or receipt for an estimated ship date. Please note: shipment dates on all orders are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • When will my preorder arrive?

    All preorder items have different estimated ship dates, which you can find on the individual product pages. Your order receipt will also provide an estimated ship date for your preorder once the order is placed.

  • What if my order combines in stock and preorder items?

    If your order combines in stock and preorder items, by default your full order will ship when all items become available.

  • When will I be charged for preorders?

    Your card will be charged when your order is placed which secures your items from our next batch. If you decide during the preorder period that you no longer want the item, email us at and we will provide a refund.

  • How are shipping costs and delivery estimates calculated?

    Standard shipping is free on all purchases for orders originating in the continental US above $75.
    Orders below $75 are charged shipping rates depending on the product and destination.
    Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and internationally will come at an additional cost.
    Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO, FPO and PO Boxes.
    In-stock items ship within 24-72 hours.
    Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods.
    Please note there may be carrier and weather delays that can affect arrival times.

  • Delivery in Continental US

    Standard shipping is ground shipping via UPS. Transit times vary and can take between 3 - 8 business days, depending on the location.

  • Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico

    Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico will come at an additional cost.
    Standard shipping is via USPS Ground.
    Shipping costs will automatically populate at checkout based on order weight, volume, and address. Please note that some large items may be ineligible for shipping to these locations.

  • International Shipping

    We currently ship internationally to Canada.
    Shipping costs will automatically populate at checkout based on order weight, volume, and address. Please note that some large items may be ineligible for shipping to these locations.
    For any other international region, send us an email and we can help find a solution.
    For all international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

  • Expedited Shipping

    Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee based on the destination and item size/weight. Shipping timelines will be communicated with the ship method in checkout. Once you've placed your order, we are unable to expedite. Please note there may be carrier and weather delays that can affect arrival times.

  • What if my package is lost/stolen/undeliverable?

    If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please double-check your shipping information to ensure the address supplied was correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. Unless notified by the buyer before the shipment is created, we will ship all orders to the address provided. Once a package is shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. Please contact the carrier for any issues that arise regarding transit and delivery. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

  • My item arrived defective/damaged/I received an incorrect item.

    Please note that many of our products are handmade and therefore each possesses distinct characteristics. Small imperfections are often inherent to the natural materials we work with and are what makes each piece unique. However, if your item arrives damaged in any way we urge you to reach out to us immediately, within 48 hours of delivery (based on the delivery time stamp), with photos of the damaged item and packaging, so that we may process a replacement for the damaged item. We cannot make exceptions to this requirement. Replacements are not guaranteed and depend on availability, but we’ll find a solution. If what you received is not what you ordered, simply reach out to us at our email with your order number and a photo of the delivered item and we will be happy to assist you.


  • Do you accept returns?

    We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns after the 30 day window. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Initiate all returns by sending an email with your order number to Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and/or customs fees cannot be refunded.

  • What items are eligible to be returned?

    All items can be returned except gift cards, Last Chance and Final Sale items. Returned items must be in new, unused and unwashed condition with original packaging and tags. The item will be inspected upon return and a refund amount will be determined based on its condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that have been shipped back without a request.

  • What are the return shipping costs?

    All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend insuring return packages, and keeping proof of the return shipping. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit to us.

  • Can I return part of an order?

    Yes, the same rules apply as any return. Include your order number in your email requesting a return.

    All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to hold the return payment until we have received the goods you returned. Returns for items purchased with a gift card will be refunded as store credit. Any original shipping charges (and customs fees) paid by the customer will not be refunded.


  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay.

  • Coupons and Promotions

    Coupon codes cannot be combined with other campaigns or additional vouchers. If multiple promotions are applicable, the better value coupon or deal will automatically apply to all orders by default. Coupon codes are subject to expiration and are only applicable within the set date range. Coupons can therefore not be applied to orders placed outside the coupon’s valid dates. Price adjustments are not made on past orders.
